Alison joins him for a weekend on his ranch, but suddenly dumps him because she wants to reconcile with Billy. Billy's bitterness about Alison clouds his judgment on a writing assignment. Jake forces Palmer to confess to fraud on tape. Palmer convinces Amanda that Jake set him up, so she dumps Jake and plots to evict him. Michael falls out of bed, and Sydney refuses to help him until he apologizes for his past actions. Jo rejects Jake's thinly veiled advances, but Billy and Amanda sleep together.

The three couples on the game are a dating couple (D.J. and Steve), an engaged couple (Danny and Vicky), and a married couple (Jesse and Becky). While everyone is out, doing the new show, Stephanie and Michelle have their work cut out for them as they babysit Nicky and Alex. Vicky is out of town, so she can't be on the show with Danny, and Estelle, the woman who substitutes for Vicky, seems to know Danny all too well, and as a result of the show, D.J. thinks she and Steve don't know each other well enough. When Vicky shows up at the studio that "The Perfect Couple" was taped in, she tells Danny that her lifelong dream of being a network news anchor has come true -- she has accepted a job as a network news anchor in New York City.

Chuckies favorite toy bus that he got from Santa gets broken after Stu steps on it, and whats worse is a blizzard is going to hit them. After the blizzard when playing in the snow Lou says that it looks like the North Pole. And so Chuckie gets an idea and says to the rest of the Rugrats that if the North Pole is near than so is Santa, and he can fix Chuckies toy. And so they go on an adventure to find Santa braving the blizzards, and harsh coldness of the North Pole (Tommys back yard). On the way they meet Angelica (Angelanik of the North) whos only going along to get toys. Later the Rugrats find out they went the wrong way and ended up at the South Pole. While the others are dissapointed Tommy thinks it's great that they managed to find the South Pole. And so Lou fixed Chuckies bus and the Rugrats had a fun adventure in the blizzard.
